What does you landscape look like this time of the year?
2017 has been another good year for the Granada Hills condo market. A significant number of sales were over the $400k mark and I am expecting 2018 to be the first year with a sale over $500k. High prices, attractive interest rates, and political uncertainty are the main motivation for sellers. Buyer demand remains strong largely due to lack of inventory and low interest rates.
